Evaluation
(B-ODISEE-OI7065)
Explanation
Assessment | Grading scale |
---|---|
TOTAL | 1-20/20 scale |
There are various evaluation activities:
- Assessment of the paper on risk analysis (1/4)
- Digital, written open book exam (3/4). The exam will take place after the autumn holidays, outside the normal exam period of January.
The final score for this course is calculated using the weighted average of the different evaluations.
If not all assignments are submitted before the deadline or if the student does not partake to the exam, a quotation of NA (did not partake) will be given. A score of less than 7/20 on one of the partial evaluations can lead to an overall fail for this course, as stipulated in the Exam and Education regulations (OER).
The practical exam Urgent Medical Assistance is a mandatory part of the course if you want an additional certificate as 'prevention advisor level 3'. This practical exam is organized only once a year. The date will be communicated on Toledo. The theoretical part of Urgent Medical Assistance is part of the written exam. Information about the points distribution will be found on the examination paper.
For this course you can get a tolerance. Please note: no additional certificate can be obtained of 'prevention advisor level 3' if you tolerate this course or if there are no results for the practical exam on Urgent Medical Assistance .
The information presented here regarding evaluation modalities may change at any time in response to the epidemiological reality. All changes will be communicated via Toledo, stating the correct information which should be applied (at all times).
Information about retaking exams
The score on the assignment obtained in the first exam session is retained. If the student failed the assignment, it must be retaken. Otherwise, the modalities are the same as in the first exam session (see Toledo for details).
