Lectures: The course "Animal Nutrition 2" (OPO dierenvoeding 2) will be partially theoretical. This theory will be taught through on-campus lectures. The handouts used during the lectures will be made available on Ultra.
Practicum: There is a mandatory practicum on hay quality for day students. HAO (Distance Learning) students may join voluntarily. The theory will also be applied in the form of exercises during the scheduled class times. These exercises involve realistic calculations of rations for dogs, cats, and horses.
Assignment: There will be 2 group assignments. The purpose and further details of the assignments will be announced via Ultra. Coaching by the instructor will be provided for all students for both assignments. Consequently, every student is required to complete these assignments during the first exam period. The assignment cannot be redone during the second exam period.
HAO: Guided self-study. Students following the course via HAO do not attend lectures or practical sessions but process the study material independently and through remote interaction with fellow students. During the monitoring sessions, you will have the opportunity to ask questions about the theory to be acquired.
