The students work in small groups on 'la création d'une entreprise'. They set up a small imaginary company using a variety of communication skills: holding meetings; negotiating about the division of tasks among team members; brain storming about topics such as a company in front of the class room; recruting new employees; making the decision to purchase a new machine after some phone calls to suppliers; placing an order; formulating a complaint.
Every student writes a report about the various activities and collects these reports in a personal portfolio.
