In concrete terms the Bachelor’s Thesis deals with a complex case related to at least one of the 4 professional orientations: real estate mediation, administration, promotion or expertise. At least 2 of the following curricular strands need to be discussed in great detail: juridical, fiscal, construction-technical and financial-economic.

The Bachelor’s Thesis may consist in a research related to at least one professional orientation and including various curricular strands. The case is an individual work. Market research can be carried out by multiple students.

After approval of the subject, students can seek advice of the allocated supervisor and specific lecturers. It is important that students keep on taking the initiative themselves in order to do so.

Interim sessions are provided with an internal jury to monitor progress and carry out a mid-term evaluation.
This applies both to regular and HDE students.
