Content
OLA Conditional forms
Focus on the didactics and methodology in a variety of conditional mehods. With extra attention for power-prevention stability and agility exercises. Besides the conditional forms children are also offered various tests. Measuring, testing and scouting. One of the assignments for the students of this course is to compose and develop a number of conditional exercises for their lessons
OLA Dance
Focus on the didactic principles and a methodical approach of ritmiek. Designing a pathway for the diffenent traget groups.
